One reason of my writing to you at this time is with regard to a question about the manner of praying for the circle Bishop Tanner reffered it to the teachers of the circle to ascertain from you either by writing or when you come allong. The question is which is the proper way for the bounds of the robe to be tied over or under the Apron.

And the words to be used in adresing Deity by the one that is mouth or is it immaterial[?]

The Savior told his disciples to say Our Father tcc The Book of Covenants in the sacrament prayer says O God the Eternal Father tcc There may be simple questions to you but in accordence with the request of the circle or the President of the same. I have writtenand a word form you on the above will be thankfully received and I htink will allways be remembered.

hoping to hear from you soon

I remain your Brohter in the Gospel of Christ
