“Dublin Items,” Cambridge City Tribune 25, no. 34 (Dec. 5, 1889): 2
Mrs. Fanny Custer died at Indianapolis on Friday evening last, and was buried there Sunday forenoon. Services at the Universalist church conducted by Rev. Peter Cook. The deceased had long been a resident of this place, and was the widow of the late Solomon Custer. She has for some years been a strong and prominent spirit medium and many of the communications that have come through her are filed away by O.C. Green, who was her manipulator.
