If the mound builders were only tribes of red Indians, will the Mormon "Church" kindly come to the front and tell us where the evidence is to be found that the present territory of the United States was formerly inhabited by civilized races who built houses of "cement," worked the metals, and did many other things indicating a high grade of civilization?
