A grand Mormon ratification meeting was held in New York, on the 11th inst., to respond to the nomination of Joe Smith for Presidency. The nomination of Joe, will, it is tho’t seriously injure Mr. Polk in Illinois, by withdrawing the Mormon vote from the Locofoco party.
