Jacob 1:4 uses "heads" to indicate what is most important, for which Egyptian tp "head; chief; best of," is eminently well-suited (Coptic ΤΒ- Ταφ-, ΤΟΒ=). Certainly works every bit as well, if not better, than the well-known Classical Hebrew word for “head.”
