According to the SEC settlement order, 6 additional Clone (Shell) LLCs were approved on Nov. 6, 2015. Reported shares held fell after Q1 2016 and cannot currently be accounted for. This suggests temporary shuffling in unknown entities, meaning the share counts we have likely are not representative of total holdings. The 6 new Clone LLCs filed 13F representing 12/31/2016, but this data is incomplete in Bloomberg. Like the 6/30/2010 column, as names do not map exactly, we are still looking for ways to accurately import the sharecounts and values data for the 12/31/2016 period. Sharecount reductions in the 9/30/2019 reported quarter also suggest shuffling in unknown entities prior to the consolidated 13F under Ensign Peak Advisors as of 12/31/2019. As such, data for the 9/30/2019 column appears to be incomplete and may not be reliable. Accordingly, that column is shaded dark red.

Whitney Asset Management is the unnamed LLC described in the Feb 2023 SEC order. Address in Glendale, CA. The first (Feb 2003) and last (Nov 2006) filing dates match, as do the number of positions held (550-600 holdings) and total assets under management (~$12B at 12/31/2005). The registered agent matches other LLCs and it was registered in Delaware. Available 13F data from 12/31/2002 through 12/31/2005 added. Unable to locate filing details for 03/03/2006 through 12/31/2006. Accordingly those columns are shaded dark red. (Note: on import, several company names are duplicated with slight variations.
