HISTORY OF THE JEWS.—No. 20.
That most interesting period of the history of the Jews, which relates to the final destruction of their temple, city, and commonwealth, by the Romans, about 40 years after the ascension of our blessed Lord, will here be omitted; as it is by the editor embodied in a distinct chapter, in a small volume, (View of the Hebrews,) about to be given to the public. To that chapter, when the book now in press shall appear, the referred is referred for this important part of the history of the Jews.
