The crowning event of the day was Pres. Grant’s address to this, the largest audience which ever had assembled at one time during the entire history of the mission. It consisted of a masterful presentation of the beliefs of the Church, as contained in the Articles of Faith, which were presented on this occasion chiefly for the benefit of the many friends in attendance. The translation of this address was handled in an excellent way by the Mission Interpretor, Herbert Klopfer. The four addresses were interspersed with choral anthems by the Berlin District Choir, under the direction of Elder Friedrich Wernick.
